The control covers contain the control bores, optionally a stroke limitation function or a shuttle valve according to the required overall function, additionally electrical D.C. or A.C valve can be installed on control cover. Logic cartridges, referred to as 2-way cartridge valves, serve as fundamental components in efficient manifold systems. Unlike traditional inline valves, these space-saving devices manage high flow rates with minimal pressure loss. They feature leak-free seat-type closures and can be configured for various functions, including directional control, pressure regulation, or flow compensation, depending on the pilot arrangement. It is also known as slip-in valves, engineered for compatibility with standardized manifold cavities in accordance with ISO 7368. These modular components comprise a sleeve, a poppet and a spring, enabling flexible hydraulic circuit design. By selecting different poppet geometries such as damped, undamped or area-ratio-specific you can tailor the switching characteristics to meet specific operational needs.
